Homeowners can view account details, make payments, monitor notices and violations,
and obtain copies of community documents through the portal.

The portal is hosted by a third-party software, so you will be redirected when you click the button.

1. ONLINE PORTAL
On the landing page of the portal account, you will see your primary account with  the outstanding balance.
Once you click MAKE PAYMENT, you will be given two (2) payment options;
Card: Credit / Debit
Electronic check (ACH)
E-check payments will incur a $ 2.95  surcharge, and credit/debit card payments will incur a 3.95% fee. 
There is no charge for recurring/automatic ACH payments.
 
2. CHECK
